Instead of a towel rack you could get a length of galvanized plumbing pipe (from a scrap yard even) and stain it to a dark mocha like that, and hang it from the ceiling with really thin chain. Or mount it to the wall. If you're doing the steam punk theme in the bathroom too that is :]
